In my capacity as Director of the TRANSFER CENTER FOR STRATEGIC AND DUAL-USE TECHNOLOGIES, I look forward to contributing to discussions on how cross-sector collaboration, innovation ecosystems, and dual-use technologies are shaping the future of aerospace, resilience, and strategic capabilities.
As the boundaries between civilian, defense, and space domains continue to evolve, fostering dialogue between industry, policymakers, researchers, and innovators becomes essential for building secure and sustainable technological ecosystems.
The Future of Air & Space Technology (FAST) Forum — organized by ROSPIN — represents one of the young and ambitious platforms supporting the development of Romania’s space and aerospace ecosystem, and it deserves strong appreciation for bringing together such a dynamic community.
