🇩🇪 At the hashtag#MunichSecurityConference2026, where I am participating as State Secretary within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania 🇷🇴, alongside Minister Oana Țoiu and Minister of Defense Radu Miruta, we have the opportunity to engage with international partners on current security challenges and on strengthening cooperation at regional and global levels 🌍🤝.

📊 This year’s conference brings a record number of participants in response to global challenges: 70 Heads of State and Government 👥, the President of the European Commission 🇪🇺, the NATO Secretary General, over 140 ministers, more than 40 heads of international organizations 🌐, representatives of the business and academic communities 🎓, as well as a strong delegation from the U.S. Congress 🇺🇸.

🇩🇪🇷🇴 The presence of H.E. Adriana-Loreta Stănescu, Romania’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, highlights the importance of Romanian-German bilateral relations and the continued support for diplomatic dialogue, stability, and shared European values 🇪🇺.

🇷🇴 Romania’s delegation is further strengthened by H.E. Dan Neculaescu, Romania’s Ambassador to NATO, whose extensive experience within the Alliance supports ongoing discussions aimed at consolidating and adapting NATO to the evolving security environment 🤝.
