Leadership transitions shape the long-term direction of any organization. For Concelex, this new chapter begins as Radu Piturlea steps into the role of Chairman & CEO.

This is a natural handover between generations, built on continuity, trust and the same attention to the projects we deliver every day. Daniel Pițurlea will continue to support the team in an advisory capacity, ensuring clarity and alignment as the company moves forward.

Radu’s perspective is clear: to take the mindset of excellence that shaped Concelex and expand it at a European level — through projects and investments relevant to the future of infrastructure and the economy. This includes new areas where technology is redefining how the built environment evolves, with the ambition to strengthen Concelex as an institution recognized for quality, seriousness and character.

This transition reflects a natural evolution of roles, explains Daniel Pițurlea, Founder President. I will remain close to the team in a consultative and mentoring capacity, supporting the management and helping preserve the coherence and spirit that have defined our success so far. I am confident that, under Radu’s leadership, the company will continue to deliver essential projects for people and communities, building facilities that are necessary and truly useful in everyday life.
