An important moment for Romanian aviation. AnimaWings is entering a new phase of development, positioning itself as a relevant regional player and raising the standards of a Romanian aviation brand.
One aspect I highlighted during the event (also visible in the photos) is how the company embraces its identity. The name ROMANIA is displayed on the aircraft fuselage and integrated into the overall branding. At the same time, the heart-shaped logo, reflected in the “The Heart of Romania” concept, goes beyond visuals. It signals consistency, long-term commitment, and the effort invested in building this brand. In many ways, it reflects the energy and vision brought by Marius Pandel and Cristian Pandel.
AnimaWings, from an operational standpoint:
• The fleet currently stands at 7 aircraft, providing a solid foundation for growth and operational flexibility
• 5 aircraft are Airbus A220-300, modern and efficient, well-suited for European and regional routes, offering a competitive passenger product
• The full service airline operates both scheduled and charter flights, connecting Romania with key destinations across Europe and the Mediterranean
• The route network is continuously expanding, aligned with market demand and commercial partnerships
• There is a clear growth plan, including fleet expansion (expected to double) and further regional consolidation
The event also marked an important financial milestone:
AnimaWings has attracted three institutional investors — Bt Asset Management Company Ltd, WINNERS-HOLDINGS LIMITED, and Evergent Investments.
This investment strengthens the company’s financial foundation and supports its medium- and long-term development plans. At the same time, the company maintains its strategic direction and management team, continuing to build a solid, scalable, and competitive business model.
