Over two days at NATO SACT, Norfolk- U.S., I had the honour, as Vice Chair of NATO NIAG, to participate in engagements alongside an industrial delegation with the Commander and senior ACT leadership.

Many thanks to Philippe CHEMOUL for all the impeccable leadership in organising, and for his mandate as NIAG ACT COI Chairmanship.

The programme offered a comprehensive perspective on NATO’s transformation agenda, covering digital transformation, AI, Beacon projects such as LCI-X, and critical operational domains including cyber, space, JISR, and C2. We also addressed innovation, exercises, and the role of private investment in accelerating capability development.

Our discussions—including a roundtable with SACT—reinforced the strategic importance of a strong, structured partnership between NATO and industry to ensure the Alliance remains future-ready.
