My main take away from this amazing research practioner encounter enabled and hosted by FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy) is that hashtag#hybridthreats are systemic threats, hence they require systemic thinking and systemic responses. Responses need to be adapted to today’s highly technologized environment, but technological capacity without hashtag#organization, hashtag#coordination and public opinion hashtag#trust may be an illusion.
