The Heritage Foundation, one of the most influential think tanks in Washington, published a report on Romania yesterday, calling on Congress and the Trump Administration to strengthen Romanian-American cooperation in energy and defence. Heritage calls Romania a serious and strategic ally with a durable transatlantic orientation.

In the conclusion of the report, the authors stress that America’s interest is to keep supporting Romania’s efforts to build economic strength, hard power and energy resilience.
