🌿 Last week, I had the privilege of taking part in the first edition of the Aspen Ideas in Action Leadership Forum and of being selected as a Forum Fellow, alongside an outstanding cohort of leaders from across business, politics, civil society, and academia.

💡 As part of the Aspen Leadership Seminar, we explored through dialogue and reflection some essential questions around leadership, trust, values, and responsibility. My sincere thanks to Madalina Mocan and Todd Breyfogle for facilitating such meaningful conversations, and to my fellow participants for the openness, ideas, and valuable perspectives shared throughout the experience.

🌍 The Forum brought together Fellows, alumni, and partners from the Aspen Institute Romania community in a dialogue about turning ideas into action, through conversations and panels focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, civil society, and community development. I leave this experience with new perspectives, valuable connections, and a renewed belief that ideas truly matter, especially when they are put into practice.
