Last week, I started working for the Small Wars Journal as an Assistant Editor. A first piece I authored for the journal is focused on analyzing Romania’s new national security strategy.
I propose that, if Romania truly wants to materialize the aspiration of becoming the leader of Southeastern Europe, investment is needed on a “3-D pillar”: defence, diplomacy, and a deterrence by denial framework for tackling information warfare. (Link in the comments)
