From March 10–12, 2026, the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest will host the DIGITAL INNOVATION SUMMIT BUCHAREST (DISB) at the Palace of the Parliament, Bucharest, Romania.
This landmark event brings together our flagship conferences: the 9th Critical Infrastructure Protection Forum (CIP Forum) with this year’s edition focusing on Dual-Use Technologies and Artificial Intelligence, the 5th International Conference on Cyber Diplomacy (ICCD), the 2nd Blockchain Intelligence Forum, the 21st International Conference on Virtual Learning (ICVL), and the 24th National Conference on Virtual Education (CNIV). In addition to our signature events, this summit, in partnership with ICI Bucharest, will host the official launch of the 2026 Women’s Entrepreneurship and Leadership Index on March 11. This initiative, developed by the European Federation of Businesswomen (PEFA), is a key indicator measuring the role and impact of women in the economy.
