This month, I joined as a rapporteur the Annual Security Cooperation Conference, organized by the Department of War’s Defense Security Cooperation University. 👏I am grateful for DSCU’s superb organization and the timely discussions I witnessed, focused on FMS reform, security cooperation in the Arctic region, and the importance of efficient defense partnerships in an era of great power rivalry.
