Recently, I spent a few days in Tirana as part of the Solidarity in Action programme, powered by Aspen Institute Germany.

Together with 20 peers from the Western Balkans, Romania, Italy, Germany and the United States, I had the opportunity to meet with senior politicians, civil society leaders and journalists from Albania, and take part in hands-on working sessions on the future of the region.

🇪🇺🇺🇸 Our common goal: to draft recommendations on how the European Union and the United States can work together more closely, more practically and more effectively to support the Western Balkans.

I joined the project as a Fellow of the Aspen Institute Romania – grateful for this opportunity to contribute to the future of relations between the Western Balkans, the EU and the US.
