What does a Bucharest Stock Exchange / Bursa de Valori Bucuresti (BVB) listing have in common with startups?

At first glance: nothing.

This morning, I joined a panel on “Risks of a Stock Exchange Listing and How to Manage Them” at the hashtag#PiataDeCapital event by Finmedia, alongside Cristian Dutescu and Bogdan Mugescu.

And I kept thinking…

Most people associate me with ROCA X —now in its harvesting phase—and yes, we still hope that one day one of our portfolio companies will ring the bell 😉.

But the real connection to today’s topic comes from a different place:
